Very rare in the US and prices have been increasing. Low wide seat, Jesse panniers, ohlins shock, titanium exhaust, HPN tank, and much more. This bike is loaded. Maybe no the best collector quality but if you want to do some serious adventure touring this could be your machine. For sale in Emeryville on Craigslist.

Under 3k original miles?! The bike sat for many years as the owner has a stable of bikes but he just had all the rubber bits replaced and appropriate bits greased and rebuilt. For sale in Mendocino on Craigslist. Really cool color too that I’m not familiar with but looks very early 90’s.

A bit faded from sitting in a shop window for a long time but is complete and hasn’t been run in a long while. No title but will come with a bill of sale. Paint job looks incorrect due to orange peel in the clear coat but is in good shape other than fading. Original carbs and matching numbers motor and frame. For sale in Georgia on eBay.

No mention of maintenance history but the tank and paint look great for their age. Owner mentions the bike is currently registered, has a clean title, and comes with some extras. For sale in Thousand Oaks (LA) on Craigslist. I believe that 72 is the cutoff for the short wheel base bikes which makes this one a bit more stable long wheel base bike.
1975 BMW R90/6 R90S tribute - $6995 OBO
Cool build for sale in Connecticut on eBay. Not your usual slapped together cafe build or something. This bike got the proper expensive carbs swapped over and all the correct badges from the R90S. It also received a tribute “smoke” style paint job that looks excellent but in a non factory color. New racer style seat and mag wheels added as well.
Cafe racer BMW R 80 - $6,600

1991 BMW R100GS - $4,500
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Salvaged with a story (as usual) but these bikes are pretty easy to tell if they are damaged, and they do get “totaled” easily due to the engine design. Low miles and bike has been gone through says the owner. Unclear if the title is in his name but worth a look if you want a low mile GS. For sale in Sunnyvale on Craigslist.
1973 BMW R75/5 LWB Airhead - $5,000
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Just the way I like it, mystery miles but excellent maintenance records. Ridden, which makes more of a difference that low miles bikes that just site and rings seize etc. Everything is rebuild on this bike and the rear swing arm has been updated to a later model. For sale in Santa Rosa on Craigslist.

R100RT in Green smoke! Not a color that comes up every day and this one comes with a spare tank, the seller has had it for a long while and has toured all over the US and Canada. Comes with pannier, full tool roll, battery tender and lots of other goodies I suspect. For sale in El Cerrito on Craigslist.
