1995 BMW R100 Mystic - low miles - $6000

Last year of the air-cooled 247 motor from BMW. The Mystic a hybrid bike with almost GS level travel but a lower seat height and the body work is starting to represent a more modern BMW. Seems like a great machine for someone looking for a tourer and a lower seat height than a GS. Tubeless wheels are a bonus, dual caliper front brakes 1000cc’s of torque and extremely low miles, not sure why this hasn’t sold. Been for sale in the Bay for several months now, Future collectible for sure. For sale in San Francisco on Craigslist.

1978 BMW R100RS - $4990

A BMW classic in a rare color for sale at San Jose BMW. This was the first full fairing motorcycle and was wind tunnel tested. The airheads are one of the only older bikes that can still do it in my opinion. Simple to work on, can be ridden all day reliably and a lot of them come with luggage and are comfortable two up. Late 70's bikes had the best squish band as well. Check it out on Craigslist.
