Pre War - 1941 Indian Sport Scout - Auction

From the auction, I have owned this Scout for a 5 or 6 years . I bought it from the 2nd owner . He restored it over a few years and had it judged in Davenport. It was a hight 90,s bike back then. Since then it has been on display in a temperature controlled environment with fluids drained. I put less than 200 miles on it . The motor runs great and the transmission shifts just fine. It was a complete bike when it was restored. I would judge this bike a 95% correct. The bike is located in Sturgis and is listed on eBay.

1972 Yamaha r5 - $6,000

Under 6k miles on this one and all original, unmolested. These bikes got high praises in their day from road racers for their balanced chassis and strong motor. Here is an excerpt from Motorcycle Classics, “because the R5 was a complete and balanced package; power delivery, braking prowess, and ride and handling meshed to create a bike that shined not only on the highways and byways of America, but on racetracks, too, where amateur club racers easily prepped their R5s for production-class road racing. And they did so with success, typically beating the other brands that vied for 350cc class dominance at the time. Southern California club racers, especially, filled their display cabinets with cheap trophies won racing their R5s. Young racers like Mike Devlin, Dick Fuller, Bob Crossman, John Lassak and Alan Gingerelli, to name a few, rode R5s to success during the early and mid 1970s.” For sale in Sunnyvale on Craigslist.

Just listed | 1983 BMW R100S - $5,700

Last edition but not quite the last airhead. Not sure what this edition meant to BMW at the time but it came in a great color and pinstripe set. Low miles and this one comes with a solo seat, luggage, crash bars, cover, and some other goodies. Appears to have the factory tire pump and tool kit which is always a plus. For sale in Oakland on Craigslist.

Mystery Hailwood | 1980 Ducati 900ss - $24000 OBO

Possible 1980 Ducati 900ss Mike Hailwood replica low miles collectors rare survivor. Looks like it’s missing the side covers and does has not run in a year and looks like it has a crack in the fairing. Most of the bike looks correct and I’ve been in front of one other one which was early and a slightly different design. Definitely worth looking at if you want a Hailwood! For sale in Miami on eBay.
