A /5 under 3k with under 30k miles!? Great deal and long term enjoyment to be had with this /5. Likely gone through since it’s at a dealer, someone please go take those mirrors and throw them out the window. Even comes with classic crash guards. For sale in Colorado on Craigslist.
Under 2k - 1985 Honda CB700SC Nighthawk S - $1950
Quite handsome and still a lot of life left in this one. Big fan of shaft drive for it's low maintenance and the Honda 4 is very reliable as well. Great coloring on this one and appears to be in good shape. For sale in the North Bay on Craigslist.
1972 CB 750 Cafe Racer Project - Under $1500
Selling as a non runner that ran when parked. Probably needs a tune up and check if the motor is moving freely. If registration is up to date this looks like a good deal outside of the chance the motor is locked up which is rare for these bikes. For sale in San Francisco on Craigslist for $1100.
1979 Moto Guzzi V50II Project
Restoration that has been sidelined. Engine, transmission, carbs forks, and brakes have been rebuilt. To complete, the new buyer needs to wire up a headlight and get some brake lines made. Title is clean and current. For sale in the San Francisco on Craigslist for $2500!
California plated grey market Honda NS400R
Not the actual bike but this is what they look like
*Street replica of the 500cc class winning bike ridden by Freddie Spencer in 1983. This a 400cc V3 motor that is surprisingly smooth for a two stroke and really come on above 5000rpm. No photos and sounds like a project but complete and ran when parked. Who doesn't want a sport bike with a kickstarter?? For sale in Santa Rosa on Craigslist for $2500.
Last year of the Yamaha XS 650 1983
King of the Japanese parallel twins. This is the last year of the XS 650 and has low miles to boot. The owner mentions she'll start in one kick and comes with the owner and shop manuals as well as some extras. For sale in Georgia near Chattanooga on Craigslist for $2200.
1965 Honda Superhawk CB77 Flat Track Race Bike
Great beginner flat tracker or the seller says to have all the parts to turn this back into a street bike, cafe style.
Race it, cafe it, or do this with it. For sale in the Seattle area on Craigslist for $2200.
Kawasaki GPZ 750 Turbo
In the late 70's and into the 80's government regulations killed the big blocks of the day and displacements decreased. So the make more power they turbocharged, everything. This is one of the cheapest running GPZ's I've seen for sale. Miles are a little high but thing thing will probably run forever. From wiki land, "It is widely considered to be the "best" factory turbo produced by the Japanese manufacturers."
Oh yeah it's runs a 10.71 in the quarter, stock.
More photos and contact info can be found here on Craigslist in Columbus, Ohio.
1972 non toaster r75/5 BMW
Cheap runner with seemingly good maintenance history citing work done by bay area airhead shop Recommended Service. Dave is the man BTW. The short wheel base /5's with integrated speedo's in the headlight are iconic and already going up in value. Find yourself a nice toaster tank and ride the wheels of this beauty!
P.S. Someone buy this and take off those damn reflectors...
