From the ad, Selling my 1979 Triumph Bonneville T140e. Purchased as a basket case 10 years ago, I completely refurbished everything on it. Engine was completely rebuilt with all new parts, New crank bearings, sludge trap cleaned, rod shells, etc. New pistons, 9:1 Triumph NOS. Head completely rebuilt, new valves, guides, everything brought to new condition. New primary chain, clutch, new Amal MKII carbs, new seals, rubbers, etc. I installed a TriSpark ignition, all new electrical harness, NOS Lucas switchgear. All new cables, tires, rear chain and sprockets. Recovered seat, new 4 gallon gas tank. There is more, new exhaust, mufflers and so on. Runs great, starts in one or two kicks.

1974 Triumph project bike needs finishing. Have not had it running, carburetors need to be rebuilt. Front end has been rebuilt with new seals, gators and tapered steering head bearings. New rubber mounts for handle bars installed. Front drive sprocket has been replaced along with all needed seals and o-rings. Primary drive converted to belt drive by previous owner. New petcocks, gas cap and tank mounts installed. Has Boyer electronic ignition. No gauges. Exhaust down pipes not correct for mufflers shown. Includes books and manuals, rusty Bub 3 into 1 exhaust header, and Hyde fork brace. Clean title on non-op.
